Signing Option Contracts
If a company registers stock option signings via QuotaBook, you, the recipient, will receive an email as shown below.
1) The first step is to sign up for QuotaBook unless you are already a preexisting user.
2) Upon the completion of your account set-up process, please check the notification alarm tab to view the signing request invitation . Select the [Sign] button to proceed.
3) Please fill in the required information.
📌 The stock option contract will be created based on the information details you provide on this page. Please write your legal name and registered address.
4) Once the required fields are filled, select [Select a Signature] - if no preexisting signatures are registered, select [Create New Sign] and create a new one.
Click the agreement green button and you all set!
